Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Clinical Development Services-Finance team, the full-time Senior Project Finance Analyst will review contract payment schedules, analyze project budgets, and assist in calculating monthly contract revenue while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review contract payment schedules and prepare monthly invoices for assigned projects
• Analyze contracts for appropriate financial setup and create internal tracking worksheets
• Assist Project Managers in analyzing monthly reports to track project profitability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• Minimum of 5 years in an accounting or finance position within a CRO required
• Experience with a revenue recognition system
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
