Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive profitable growth, the Senior Finance Analyst will manage trade spend forecasting, reporting, and customer P&L analysis in a remote or hybrid capacity, ensuring accurate financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making for the Boost and Carnation Breakfast brands.

Key responsibilities:

• Own month-end trade spend accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and integrity
• Develop and manage Gross-to-Net forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize trade investments
• Deliver monthly reporting and variance analysis, providing insights into key drivers impacting business performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, or related finance function; CPG or consumer health experience preferred
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles and month-end close processes
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred
• Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems
