Senior Finance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the overall financial management for a client portfolio, the remote Senior Finance Analyst will manage monthly project accounting, review and reconcile project financials, and prepare client invoicing while ensuring compliance with contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly project accounting efforts and status meetings with project managers
- Review and reconcile new projects, change orders, and budget adjustments
- Prepare monthly project revenue forecasts and manage client invoicing processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, or business
- 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with month-end close processes
- Knowledge of revenue recognition and project accounting
