Senior Finance and Accounting Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance & Accounting Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end financial accounting process, ensuring precision in reporting
• Assist with financial modeling, budgeting, and board-level reporting
• Design and implement scalable financial systems and manage tax filings and audits

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with public accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting background, including revenue recognition and ESOP accounting
• Exposure to FP&A responsibilities such as budgeting and forecasting
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel for building formulas and automating workflows
• Chartered Accountant qualification or actively working towards one is a plus
