Senior Finance and Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic and growing organization, the full-time remote Senior Finance and Operations Manager will manage corporate finance, operations, and HR support while providing critical insights through analytics and collaborating with leadership on strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain financial models to support strategic plans and create financial statements for all business segments
• Work cross-functionally on budgeting, variance reporting, and ad hoc projects while driving automation and efficiency across Finance and Operations
• Oversee payroll processing, compliance, and the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in investment banking/consulting and FP&A, preferably in consumer goods, beauty, or wellness industries
• Extensive knowledge of financial operations and best practices for scaling
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
