Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Associate to support financial efficiency and compliance with accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payables and receivables, ensuring proper coding and approvals
• Assist in producing monthly financial reports and budget analysis for leadership and board members
• Support the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budget, providing updates and analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience in a nonprofit organization
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods
• Hands-on experience with financial management software systems
• BSc or MSc in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft/Google Workspace applications
