Senior Finance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Associate to support financial health and sustainability across multiple affiliated entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly closing processes, including payroll, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Review and process accounts payable and receivable, including tracking payments and follow-up
• Maintain accurate electronic filing systems for financial documentation and support audit and tax preparation

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting
• Proficient understanding of finance and accounting principles, including GAAP
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy in detail-intensive environments
• Experience preparing financial statements and reports, with nonprofit experience preferred
