Senior Finance Associate with Regulation W

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Finance Associate with Regulation W will evaluate, document, and support approvals related to transactions between the bank and its affiliated entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage intake of transaction-related inquiries, providing guidance and next steps
• Prepare documentation for transactions requiring review under TWA operating policy
• Support data collection and analysis for regulatory limit monitoring and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in finance, accounting, or regulatory environments
• Strong working knowledge of Regulation W and affiliate transaction frameworks
• Experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or financial controls within a banking or financial services environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
