Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with function leaders to analyze budgets, spending, and resource utilization
• Translate operational strategies into financial models and ensure alignment with forecasts
• Provide financial literacy coaching and support decision-making for new initiatives

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business operations, preferably in higher education
• Strong understanding of budget management and forecasting
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in finance and operations
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills preferred
