Senior Finance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop subject matter expertise in hospital and health system operational and financial drivers of net revenue
• Assist in the net revenue month-end close process for core clients and complete analytical work on special projects
• Coach less experienced team members and participate in business development and sales activities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a consulting organization or hospital and health system environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred; CPA license preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with complex financial data sets
• Understanding of cash versus accrual basis of accounting and interaction between financial statements
• Understanding of healthcare financial accounting and reporting preferred but not required
