Senior Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sector Lead - Sr Finance Director - Industrial and Logistics - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Develop financial policies and procedures, and act as the point of contact for the Operations team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance management
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert math skills for complex financial calculations
