A company is looking for a Senior Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial counsel to senior leaders and support business growth and operational initiatives
• Develop financial models and monitor key financial metrics to identify risks and performance opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulations and support audits while championing process improvements in financial systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA) or CPA designation strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role in healthcare
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional financial initiatives across complex organizations
