Senior Finance Director

Job Summary

Leading the finance, accounting, and analysis functions, the full-time Senior Finance Director will oversee the preparation of financial reports, manage the G&A function, and interpret financial data for strategic decision-making in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports while ensuring compliance with requirements
• Lead the G&A function and present strategic plans, operating budgets, and forecasts to the management team
• Monitor and analyze business processes and systems to ensure data integrity and alignment with corporate objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
• Previous management experience including hiring, training, and performance management
• Experience in public accounting, operations, information systems, and healthcare or insurance preferred
• Preferred experience in Medicare/Medicaid and G&A functions
