Senior Finance Director

Job Summary

Leading financial planning and analysis, the full-time Senior Finance Director will manage strategic decision support, strengthen financial performance, and ensure scalable operations in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders and support business cases for new initiatives
• Provide insights on revenue performance and lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Strengthen financial systems and collaborate with Accounting to ensure compliance and transparency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; experience in investment banking or private equity is a plus
• 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or FP&A, including leadership roles
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments requiring strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Advanced financial modeling skills and strong analytical capability
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and influence strategic decisions
