Senior Finance Director

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Director, the full-time remote position will manage the finance transformation by leading the consolidation process for budgets and forecasts, providing insightful financial analysis to senior leadership, and driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead company-wide consolidation for budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals
• Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare insightful reports for senior leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• Prior experience managing and developing a finance team
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with large-scale ERP environments
