Senior Finance Lead
Job Summary
Owning the Credit Card P&L, the full-time Senior Finance Lead will drive forecasting and unit economics while acting as the primary financial partner to Credit Card leadership in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the monthly forecast-vs-actual process, variance analysis, and financial reporting for the Credit Card business
- Serve as the primary finance contact for Credit Card leadership, identifying financial risks and opportunities in real time
- Build and maintain the Credit Card unit economics model to evaluate new product and pricing initiatives
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related fields, with a preference for lending or consumer finance experience
- Proven track record of owning a P&L or business unit's financial narrative at a senior level
- Strong financial modeling skills with exposure to credit/lending economics
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance financial analysis and reporting
- Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred; experience in international markets is a plus
