Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GOS Senior Finance Manager to oversee finance and accounting operations for a critical Global Occupier Services account.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, billing, cash application, and general ledger updates
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive Finance/Accounting experience
• Experience leading or managing a team
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes including AP, AR, billing, and general ledger
• Proficiency in process improvement and internal controls
