Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Finance Manager, this full-time remote position will lead the company's planning, forecasting, and performance management processes, driving financial visibility and actionable insights across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes to align with company objectives
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including variance and trend analysis for leadership
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related finance/accounting roles
• Strong foundation in finance and accounting principles with advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Experience preparing management reporting and decision-support analyses for senior leaders
• Strong proficiency in three-statement financial modeling and integrated forecasting; experience with ERP systems preferred
