Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Housing to support the finance team with strategic insights and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with various business departments to provide insights for revenue and EBIT growth
• Manage P&L, budgets, and financial processes for month-end/quarter-end close and annual forecasts
• Coordinate acquisition-related finance integration activities and develop new tools for scalable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or related roles
• People leadership experience with the ability to communicate analytical findings
• Familiarity with Tableau and experience leading improvement efforts in finance
• Working knowledge of GAAP or IFRS
