Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance & Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor key milestones indicative of initiative success and manage performance from ideation through execution
• Track realization of financial and qualitative key performance indicators
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reporting summaries for Senior Management on initiative performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of financial/analytics experience
• Managed care or health insurance industry experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience including hiring, training, and managing staff preferred
• Experience with MS Office suite, particularly Excel, highly preferred
