Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans while analyzing results and performance metrics
Act as an advisor and strategic partner to the business for financial and operational matters
Enhance financial planning processes and continuously improve reporting and information capabilities

Required Qualifications

B.A. or B.S. in Finance/Accounting with 8+ years of finance experience, including 5 years in FP&A
Proven experience as an effective financial partner in a global matrixed organization
Demonstrated self-starter with initiative to drive results
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and TM1; Oracle Cloud experience is a plus
