Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to support global business planning and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to improve forecast accuracy and conduct scenario analysis
• Oversee corporate spending and prepare financial performance reporting and metrics
• Support the annual operating plan and multi-year financial strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance with at least seven years of progressive finance experience
• Minimum of seven years' experience in financial management or a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to provide data insights and develop accurate forecasting models
• Working knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements
• Experience with general ledger, P&L, and Balance Sheet management
