Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting operations for a Global Occupier Services account
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closures, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Provide mentorship and training to team members while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and procurement services, preferably in facility management
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Experience with financial accounting in commercial real estate, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Prior experience managing employees and multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficiency in financial software such as MS Office, Yardi, and PowerBi
