Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize data to support executive decision-making and lead the recommendation process
• Develop partnerships with various teams to drive financial metrics and improve processes
• Create and maintain financial models to provide real-time forecasts of key financial metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related quantitative field
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or data analytics
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams in a dynamic environment
• Strong operational finance experience with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with financial modeling and understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP metrics
