Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Finance Manager for Carbon and Silica Technologies, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance teams to ensure effective execution of business plans
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for global operations
• Act as the finance lead for strategic growth projects, including asset configuration and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance; MBA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Experience with global operations forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Knowledge of financial principles and experience with strategic initiatives such as M&A
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including DCF/IRR analysis for capital projects
