Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Finance Manager responsible for driving financial and operational excellence within the Carbon and Silica Technologies business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance teams across regions to ensure effective execution of business plans
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for global operations, providing timely analysis for senior leadership
• Act as finance lead for strategic growth projects, including asset configuration and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance; MBA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Experience in overseeing global operations forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial principles and strategic initiatives such as M&A
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including DCF/IRR analysis for capital projects
