Key Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly forecast updates and annual budget, collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Monitor key milestones and assist in performance management of initiatives from ideation through execution
• Track realization of benefits, including financial and qualitative key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of financial/analytics experience
• Managed care or health insurance industry experience preferred
