Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and monitor key performance indicators across the organization
• Create and operate key financial forecasting tools and manage the financial planning and budgeting lifecycle
• Identify opportunities to maximize ROI and support the Board and Executive team on strategic financial analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Completion of a 2-year Investment Banking program, plus an additional year in Private Equity, Consulting, or Banking
• 3-5 years of in-house finance experience, preferably in a fast-paced, startup, or high-growth environment
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, three-statement forecasting, and accounting principles
• Highly proficient in Excel with advanced modeling skills and familiarity with SQL
