Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager - TPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast headcount and manage vendor spend forecasting
• Partner with business leaders to support expense budgets and lead monthly expense analysis
• Prepare OpEx reporting and drive annual planning processes while managing project accounting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar financial planning and analysis role
• Prior TPA experience is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Experience with financial planning systems, preferably Anaplan and NetSuite
