Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Senior Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for client portfolios
• Develop and manage operating budgets and forecasts in collaboration with property management teams
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for improved decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5-8 years of financial management experience
• Strong proficiency in accounting principles (GAAP) and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems, preferably in real estate management
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or similar) or progress toward certification
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities
