Act as the primary financial advisor to the heads of US Gaming, WW Pay, and WW Customer Service
Lead, develop, and empower the finance team to ensure high-quality financial output
Own the financial architecture for WW Customer Service and ensure financial health across domains

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance within FinTech, Payments, or technology sectors
Proven ability to influence stakeholders through data-backed insights
Expertise in P&L management, financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
Experience with modern BI tools and ERPs
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
