Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Strategic Finance Manager to serve as the finance partner for Revenue and Marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the strategic finance partnership across Revenue and Marketing, influencing key business decisions
• Develop financial frameworks connecting sales capacity, marketing spend, and retention to company-level financial targets
• Build operational and financial models for major initiatives, supporting strategic initiatives and investment decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 9+ years of total experience, with at least 6 years in strategic finance within a high-growth tech or public company
• Experience in SaaS, preferably with a usage-based business model
• Strong understanding of GTM dynamics and familiarity with digital marketing and growth metrics
• Advanced experience with Excel, BI tools (Tableau), and SQL for data analysis
