Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate ARR forecasting models and manage revenue and expenses for sales functions
• Drive insights and recommendations to enhance GTM performance and integrate AI into finance workflows
• Lead the full sales compensation cycle and own quota setting and capacity planning across regions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Finance role supporting GTM teams, preferably in a SaaS business
• Previous people management experience is highly desired
• Extensive experience with subscription revenue models in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to operate independently
