Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Finance Manager (PST Preference).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for finance strategy, operations, budgeting, and reporting
• Oversee daily team activities, including task assignments, scheduling, and staff development
• Produce complex financial reports and manage special projects for senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Leadership skills to motivate teams towards operational targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for complex financial calculations
