Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including financial reporting, compliance, and grants management
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports, manage audits, and support grant proposals
• Ensure accurate financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll processing, and cash management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a nonprofit setting
• Experience with grants management, donor compliance, and federal grant regulations
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and MS Office; experience with Salesforce, Bill, and Ramp is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and nonprofit financial management
