Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex faculty portfolios, including pre-award and post-award sponsored research activities
• Prepare and oversee project budgets, proposals, and compliance with regulations
• Supervise and mentor team members while collaborating with various departments and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master's degree in accounting or finance preferred with grants management experience
• Expert knowledge of governmental regulations and university policies
• Strong accounting skills and proficiency in project management
• Certifications such as Certified Accountant or Auditor, or project management certification desired
