Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the fully remote Senior Finance Manager will drive financial planning, performance management, and decision support across Commercial Excellence and Special Projects while collaborating with senior business leaders to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior commercial and functional leaders
• Support Special Projects and SEE initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready insights for decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 7 or more years of experience in finance, with a strong background in planning and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI
• Experience in finance business partnership or strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and executive communication skills
