Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Driving the execution and integrity of consolidated financial reporting, the full-time Temporary Senior Manager, Finance will manage the day-to-day financial picture of the business remotely, ensuring accuracy and reliability while supporting close processes, forecasting, and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution and integrity of the consolidated P&L across all business segments
• Partner with Accounting during the monthly close, producing variance analysis and business narratives
• Manage the consolidation layer of the forecast process, integrating inputs from across the finance organization

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a central finance role with hands-on ownership of consolidations and financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial planning and consolidation systems, specifically PBCS or Essbase
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in both management and GAAP reporting
• Ability to communicate complex financial movements clearly and concisely
