Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Leading financial analysis and decision support, the remote Senior Finance Manager will develop models, align capital allocation with long-term vision, and deliver executive-ready materials to drive growth and profitability initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the Long Range Plan, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision
• Build and maintain financial models to improve unit economics across various customer segments
• Deliver clear materials for monthly reviews and board discussions, translating data into actionable narratives

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or related finance roles
• Experience with subscription business models and understanding of ARR, revenue, and retention
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch
• Ability to present data and insights clearly to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare or health tech experience is a plus
