Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting multiple divisions remotely, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will manage process improvements, metric/report development, and revenue valuation analysis to achieve departmental goals aligned with organizational values.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting processes for center and divisional revenue reviews, accounts receivable, and cash transaction analysis
• Prepare financial reports for corporate management and audit agencies while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
• Lead special projects and develop metrics to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Relevant work experience, including internships, in finance or accounting roles
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
