Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support Services Transformation within the Grid Software business, the full-time remote Senior Finance Manager will partner with leadership to shape and execute business strategy, drive capital allocation decisions, and enhance financial performance across Orders, Revenue, EBITDA, and Cash.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop long-term product and regional strategies and translate them into the Annual Operating Plan
• Optimize product investment by benchmarking against external comparables and balancing capital allocation between portfolios
• Enhance profitability analytics by developing views by product, customer, and project to support growth and improve business performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
• 10+ years of Operational Finance experience, including CMR and 606 accounting, or Commercial Finance experience
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in global industrial or technology industries
