Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Leading financial analysis and decision support initiatives, the remote Senior Finance Manager will develop models, align capital allocation with long-term vision, and provide executive-ready materials to support SmithRx's growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the Long Range Plan and align growth assumptions with the company's vision
• Build and maintain financial models to assess and improve unit economics
• Deliver executive-ready materials for monthly reviews and board discussions

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or related finance roles
• Experience with subscription business models and understanding of ARR and unit economics
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch
• Ability to present data and analysis to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare or health tech experience is a plus
