Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of financial planning and analysis functions, the remote Senior Finance Manager will lead a small team responsible for cash forecasting, developing analytical models, and creating scalable financial processes in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own cash forecasting and produce actionable reporting to inform financial decision-making
• Develop strong relationships with operational leaders to enhance cost discipline and accountability
• Drive automation and implement systems that support a rapidly growing, global business

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience in capital-intensive industries
• Experience managing small teams in high-growth environments with a focus on accountability
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to align finance with operational needs
• Demonstrated experience with finance technology platforms and interest in AI applications
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills and familiarity with ERP systems; SQL or Python knowledge is a plus
