Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Owning financial planning and modeling, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will manage the annual operating plan, develop scenario models for strategic decisions, and enhance financial reporting processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning, building and maintaining models end-to-end
• Develop capital allocation frameworks and business cases for major investment decisions, quantifying trade-offs and expected ROI
• Improve forecasting accuracy and planning cycle efficiency, enhancing financial reporting infrastructure and supporting SOX-compliant processes

Required qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, preferably in technology or AI sectors
• Expert-level financial modeling skills, including three-statement models and driver-based forecasting
• Direct experience managing annual operating plans and rolling forecasts across a full planning cycle
• Strong executive communication skills, capable of translating complex models into clear narratives for senior leadership
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and at least one BI or analytics tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
