Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Leading finance support for GTM departments, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will manage annual planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling while working remotely to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the P&L process and resource allocation for GTM functions, ensuring alignment with growth targets
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards, offering clear recommendations to senior leadership
• Mentor a senior analyst and develop repeatable financial processes across key partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Eight or more years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or GTM Finance, preferably in high-growth SaaS
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills in a senior finance role
• Expert proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions
• Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite
