Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support the Industrials Division, the remote Senior Finance Manager will drive financial reporting, ARR analysis, forecasting, and operational analytics while collaborating with divisional leadership and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, execution-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own recurring ARR, revenue, and operational reporting across the Industrials Division
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, including variance analysis and executive reporting packages
• Analyze SaaS performance metrics and support multi-business unit financial consolidation and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience
• Prior experience supporting SaaS or software businesses required
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, and margin analysis
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights required
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
