Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Senior Finance Manager, this full-time remote position will manage accounting operations, optimize finance automation, and support FP&A initiatives while building a scalable finance function for future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
• Optimize and expand the use of finance automation tools, identifying opportunities to reduce manual work
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes while building KPI dashboards for leadership insights

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Experience leading the monthly close and strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Natural curiosity about AI, automation, and modern finance technology
• Experience in implementing or optimizing finance systems
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment with a balance of attention to detail and strategic thinking
