Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, lead long-term financial planning, and provide analytical insights while collaborating with functional leaders within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting responsibilities
• Participate in month-end close support and prepare budget/forecast variance analysis
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• 6+ years of professional experience in finance-related roles
• Minimum of 2 years auditing experience
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software
