Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Managing critical financial deliverables for the PKI-IoT business unit, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will oversee month-end close processes, maintain the general ledger, and lead financial planning and analysis efforts while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement generation
• Oversee the general ledger maintenance and serve as the subject matter expert for the Epicor accounting system
• Lead financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an accounting or finance role within a professional business environment
• Proficiency in accounting systems, particularly Epicor Kinetic Accounting System
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with database management and reporting
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
