Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Owning the entire finance function, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will manage month-end close, audits, board reporting, and forecasting in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly close process, including financial statement review, revenue recognition, and reconciliations
• Manage the annual financial-statement audit and maintain relationships with external auditors
• Develop and maintain company budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial analyses for leadership and board reporting

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including technical accounting and FP&A
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience leading a full monthly close and external audit
• Hands-on experience with SaaS/subscription finance, including revenue recognition and cash flow modeling
• Proven ability to create forecasts and financial reporting for boards and investors
• Experience with debt-covenant reporting and equity/cap-table administration
